“Villa La Gorgone was more beautiful than even the photos could suggest. The terrace was huge and a true gathering spot for relaxation and drinks. The view was perhaps the most spectacular you will find. A breathtaking vista of the Ionian sea, Giardini Naxos, and a full view of Etna. Enza Maria was a fabulous and gracious host, attentive and available with good information about Taormina and the surrounding area. “Wonderful girls trip to eastern Sicily. The house made the trip. We didn’t have a car and could earlier get into Taormina by cab. We set up yours through Handy Sicily and they were wonderful too. Can’t say how much fun we had. Big pool plenty of space. Perg”

“Overall this property is amazing. Stunning views, fantastic terrace, great pool area and location is 10/10. Its lovely and quiet but 10 mins walk takes you to the bussle of the town with a nice beach and lots of bars, resteraunts and shops. The owners are lovely with lots of local knowledge and tips. Just a couple of things that could be improved. The air conditioning is very poor. There is one unit at the front door which doesnt work that well. The rest are portable fans. This made for quite...

“Great location. Comfortable living room. Stairs would be a bit difficult for older adults. Rooftop was great to relax and play cards at night. Unfortunately a few neighbor dogs barked every night.”

“We were 4 couples vacationing together. The villa is wonderful. It is new and very well planned and appointed very nicely. The property manager, Alessandra, was incredible. She helped us plan each day and arranged for a chef and various tours. She connected us with Lorenzo, a driver, who was always available and very accommodating. Overall one of the best vacations we have had. No stress!”

Very clean and spacious apartment, within steps of restaurants, shops and private garage parking just around the corner-the perfect location!
