“The tower is located at one of the highest points in Vernazza, so be prepared for a good workout coming and going to the property. Pack light! Once there, the views are breathtaking and the property is very cozy. There are many creature comforts, including small kitchen, refrigerator, and WiFi. The center of town with restaurants and bars is very close and the property is also very close to the entrance of the blue trail. The extra bedrooms are better for older kids as they’re up steep ladders...

“We really enjoyed our stay in Gigi’s modern, clean, convenient and well appointed apartment. All communication, both written and in-person, was prompt, detailed and helpful. Gigi recommended restaurants and even made the reservations for us. The flat is very recently redone and the excellent craftsmanship is obvious. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has everything you would need. Bathroom has bidet, rain shower and wand and excellent water pressure. Screens on all windows allows for fresh air...

“Very sweet and comfortable flat, suited our family of three perfectly. We loved sitting outside on the terrace balcony and enjoying views of Vernazza. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (although the only cooking we did was to warm up the croissants the host agency had thoughtfully provided). “Appartamento storico incantevole, arredamento piacevole, non manca niente, bella vista, situazione perfetta per chi desidera avere tutto a due passi, basta scendere in piazza per trovarsi tra ristoranti, gelaterie, negozi e davanti al mare. Dalle finestre si può seguire il viavai dei turisti e degli abitanti, la piazza è frequentata fino a tardi, abbiamo molto apprezzato l'animazione e abbiamo seguito tutte le partite serali del torneo di calcio sulla spiaggetta. “Overall, the property is beautiful. The location and the atmosphere is great and the view amazing. We struggled a bit finding the location after long travel journey. Suggest better instruction on finding place (e.g. find 198 bar and go down stairs to patio bar-door across patio). Our fan in bedroom did not work and only suggestion was to have a try at another plug. My expectation was that someone would come, check it and replace immediately if not working. Likewise our A/C did not work...

“We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros). The staircase is extremely steep and unsafe. Our children were not happy with the wifi rule not allowing streaming or gaming.
