“This apartment was a great place to take refuge from the heat. We didn't know (or maybe remember?) that there were flights of stairs up to the apartment. but once we got our luggage up, the stairs were fine. Our host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.”

“Great location that’s the only plus.Horrific check in process, never given an address, after a 10hr flight and 2h journey arrived in Parma and was given 2 numbers to call of which both went to voicemail….twice finally received a call and was not given the proper street name. Once inside, no instructions given for anything, no Wi-Fi absolutely horrible shower….try standing in a tub with a wand that keeps malfunctioning took 1 shower in our 3 night stay. Would not recommend.”

“The apartment is in a great location on a little quiet piazza. Very easy to get to from the train station and close to several museums and churches. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything was in great condition and working fine. I had some trouble trying to use the online check in. But i was able to contact Mustafa and he very patiently helped me through the issue and guided us through our self check in . Which made our stay very enjoyable.”

“Avoid this accommodation. This was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever seen(hostels are cleaner). The upstairs shower flooded. We were provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for two toilets. There was no kettle or toaster. All the cutlery and crockery was dirty and most broken in some fashion. The air conditioner did not work. The remotes for all appliances had dead batteries. It smelled. The kitchen sick did not have a stopper that fit, making it impossible to wash dishes. No...
