“Good location, good bathroom and structure. No elevator!!! Did not receive my entrance code and room number on the day I arrived and being it 9pm on Saturday before Christmas nobody replied from the place! The client service from Hotel.com was helpful. Thanks to somebody leaving the building I was able to get access and found a brochure of another location where someone finally picked up the phone and was able to send me the code! They would need a 24h call service for Vision Apartmens!!!! None...

“Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. ”

“When we areived, the floor was too sticky. The hotel was quick to respond via email which is great and have the cleaner swept the floor. There are too much smudges on the floor”

“Leuke locatie in leuke buurt en op loopafstand van het centrum. De omgeving heeft een totaal andere sfeer als het meer chique centrum wat het juist leuk maakt om doorheen te lopen. Het complex ligt aan een drukke straat maar met oordopjes in slaap je daar gewoon doorheen. Alles wat je nodig zou hebben voor een basic verblijf in het appartement is voorhanden en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Zürich en omgeving.”

“Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. ”

“Il mio appartamento era molto grande è comodo, si vedono i principali canali televisivi Italiani, può essere un po scomodo che non c'è assistenza dopo le 17:30 e durante il week-end, ma si può accettare considerando anche il buon prezzo del residence. “The room was very simple and it wasn’t the room that we had seen on the site;so it was disappointing.Quite far away the city centre but the area of the room is good and silent.For four days,our room wasn’t cleaned;even if we hadn’t used there was a small kitchen.”
