“Incoerenza nelle comunicazioni e messaggi ricevuti tra hotel e host/ smartflats. Ricevuto due codici di accesso diversi, richiesto deposito cauzionale dopo la prenotazione che verrà restituito dopo 3 giorni nuova mail dopo 7 giorni, altra mail tra i 7-10 giorni. Assurdo! Appartamento sembra pulito ma non lo è. Varie cose rotte( rubinetto, divano, porta camera s alino in legno, cassetta acqua wc,....impossibile aprire finestre per arieggiare, molto molto sporche e tanto smog dalla strada...

“L’appartamento è molto spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Peccato per la tv troppo piccola rispetto alla sala e al numero esiguo di posate - solo 4- per un appartamento dotato anche di lavastoviglie. ”

“Very clean place, well located, spacious and complete with everything you need, would totally recommend. Keep in mind there is no elevator and no front desk / no place to store luggage.”

“The apartment was appointed beautifully! Clean. Modern. With an elevator even! The location was so-so. I felt comfortable walking the neighborhood during the day, but I don’t know if I would at night. It may be a safe location, but that’s not the vibe I got. The neighborhood seemed dirty. The sidewalks were littered and had dog feces in a couple of places. There is nothing negative I can say about the apartment though. It was perfect!!”

“Property was as described good space. Both rooms are big with plenty of closet space. Nice outdoor patio. About 25 min walk to grand place or use tram right outside the door. We enjoyed the walking. Would stay again.”

“Booked the apartment but did not receive the code to access the building or the room. Tried to reach the owner for three days without success. Avoid unless you like uncertainty and eventually spend the night looking at the stars. ”

“Bel appartement d’une propreté exemplaire. Accueil personnalisé des propriétaires Mary et Litfi. Belles attentions de leur part (vin, fruits, pain, fromage, lait, yogourt, biscuits, etc.). C’est vraiment comme séjourner chez nos proches. Appartement près du bus, mais également accès à pied aux principales attractions ainsi qu’aux commerces locaux (épiceries, boulangerie, etc.). Merci pour votre hospitalité!”

“Appartement fonctionnel et conforme à la desciption! Bonne reactivite du gérant. Cependant, le gérant n'est contacté que par message WhatsApp (et en anglais). Facilité d'accès à l'appartement mais attention : il faut avoir accès au reseau de son téléphone pour obtenir le code d'acces quelques heures avant son arrivée. Heureusement que mon conjoint a son telephone qui fonctionne à l'étranger sinon nous n'aurions pas pu acceder à l'appartement (le mien ne fonctionnant pas)”

“Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich schön! Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und die Lage der Wohnung an sich war ok. Die Ausstattung der Küche war bis auf Töpfe/Pfannen sehr gut. Rundum war es ein wirklich schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt!”

“Bel endroit , à 20 minutes du centre en voiture. L’appart est bien agencé même si les WC se trouvent dans la chambre. Seul hic en ce qui me concerne c’est le lit ! Si vous êtes sensibles aux mouvements du conjoint aïe aïe aïe . Le canapé lit en revanche est confortable. Bon séjour pour une courte durée.”

“Flat was clean, airy, and conveniently located. All public transport nearby and convenient. Our family of four, my husband and I and our two young adult sons, stayed quite comfortably. The kitchen is well situated and the main living area very comfortable. Andrew was extremely responsive, helpful, and very easy to communicate with.
