“Didn't receive check in instructions prior to our arrival. There were standard check in instructions advising that if you arrive early you can leave your luggage, however no details were provided. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform. We went to the address provided and encountered the cleaner who put us in touch with the host. To when we found out you can leave your luggage at The...

“Booked the apartment but did not receive the code to access the building or the room. Tried to reach the owner for three days without success. Avoid unless you like uncertainty and eventually spend the night looking at the stars. ”

“Very spacious and comfortable. Great location with easy access to public transportation. We would return in a heartbeat.”

Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht.

“The balcony gives a lovely view over the city in the mornings, and a nice place to sit and have a beer. The host provided one to get me started! The furnishings are slightly too large for the space available, I think, and two people could not have been in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was great. Karim (the host) truly went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations to help me in a dozen small ways: advice of where to go, how to get there, help with luggage, and a great deal of...

“Beautiful apartment and gracious host.”

“Room was quite basic and pillows/bedding were cheap and of poor quality. The blinds did not fully cover the windows.”

“Wonderful location. Perfect flat to explore Brussels”
