“Abbiamo comunicato con host qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha confermato la possibilita di poter lasciare i bagagli in stanza prima dell'orario del check in. Sono appartamenti privati senza reception. Giunti in struttura alle 9.30 scopriamo da un ospite uscito per caso dalla struttura che serve un codice per accedere alla struttura, codici che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Così chiamiamo l'host per almeno 10 volte che però non risponde al telefono, né ai messaggi, e aspettiamo due...

“We stayed here during the pre-Christmas period. The communication and friendly welcome from day one was fantastic; the owners are very kind and helpful. We even found fresh food in the fridge and pantry, allowing us to have dinner upon our arrival (we arrived in the evening). This was quite unusual and we greatly appreciated it. The house was also very clean and equipped with every comfort. We also had parking in a convenient garage just a few steps from the house. Highly recommended.”
