Giunti in struttura alle 9.30 scopriamo da un ospite uscito per caso dalla struttura che serve un codice per accedere alla struttura, codici che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform.
