“Nice location near Chinatown, metro stops, 15 walk to Sforzesco Castle. Heat was difficult to adjust and tended to be cold even if we raised the setting. Kitchen has basics only, cooking oil, seasoning, wine glasses, etc… would be nice to have. Same with bathroom, only one small travel size of soap, shampoo, shower gel for 5 night stay. Chairs on balcony would be nice. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly. We were able to close the outer laundry door for privacy. Hopefully these small issues are...

“Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. “Property was not very clean. We had to clean it and especially the bedroom. WiFi was very slow, if you need to take video calls and work, it would not support you. Communication and check in process was very good. Pity for the dust and the WiFi”
