“Very friendly staff to greet me. Room was spacious, lovely and clean. Bed was so comfortable! Area was a good area to stay - right next to a Metro stop! Would recommend!”

“I booked in the morning of the checkin and mid afternoom ready for checkin. There was no sign. I tried to call them, no reply. I wrote and after some time came a message that booking is canceled. No answer on the phone nor on the mail. I entered with the help of other guests the house and nocked on the dopr of the appartment in a relatively shabby dark part of the building. Some guests opened me, but there was noone around. It looks like a fraud. Hotel.com refunded me and gave me a bit more to...
