“1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty.”

“The living room and kitchen is shared with another person. Plus, if you plan on using the top bunk bed message the host ahead of time since there are no sheets or bedding in the room for you make it.”

“Alessandra is a great host from booking to checkout. Her home is quaint, secure, and clean. Things to consider if mobility is an issue for you; street is cobble stone and entrance is steep stairs to main living areas. Manageable though may not feel like it after exploring Rome by foot. Worth it. Washer and dryer worked well, water didn’t take long to get warm, beds were comfortable, and kitchenware stocked well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
