“They said that we couldn’t stay at the loft because of a leak from another apartment, and they found another apartment for us. This new apartment was dirty with smell of cigarette. And a completely different neighborhood (both Milan). We had no choice because during Salone del mobile. Still waiting for a partial refund since the cost is not acceptable for what we experienced.”
