“I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. “No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
