“Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

“4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!”

“We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.”

“Nice chalets, good location, and super friendly staff at the reception! Small groceries were available for purchase (cash box deposit) and excellent pizzas in the freezer to warm up in the well-equipped central kitchens. Everything was clean, working, and well maintained. We had a great time skiing from this location. ”

“The hotel environment is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. With so many kids' facilities, it’s perfect for families. The room size is just right—clean and tidy. The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!”
