“Perfect getaway. Room was clean and service was impeccable. Shuttle service was offered to bring us to the ski lift - we were there in less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend. ”

“Could’ve been a cleaner room. But was still in good condition. One day room service didn’t come by but it did not effect us. We had a great stay overall! Bed was comfy, staff was friendly, amenities were wide and available, also had a bonus ski in ski out area with an amazing view in our room. ”

“Pool was closed as it was covered by snow. There should not advertise something which is not available 6 months in a year. Similarly hit tube was outside; not everyone wants to use it in freezing rain”

“The only issue I had was not with the hotel but with parents bringing young children to the hot tub and treating it like a public pool e.g. swimming under water with goggle, treasure hunt etc. Hotel was great. Just some bozo parents”

“Great location. We were put on the lower level at first which felt dark and basement-y but Kevin moved us to the top floor with a view of the village. Much better! Speak up, the staff will help you! The unit was exactly as described. Real working fireplace, balcony. Overall the hotel is older, a little tired but typical of a ski resort.
