“Yo eh tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en varias ocasiones en este hotel que esta última estadía fue pésima el personal no tuvo buena actitud a la hora de hacer el checking y por primera ver si el depósito por tarjeta lo cual me cobraron 110 dólares para completar los 240 dólares del pago que hice cash resulta ser que ya hoy haces 7 días y aún no me devuelven el depósito y cuando hice la reclamación me digerían que no había ningún depósito pendiente cuando en mi tarjeta todavía aparece el cobro...

“Hotel and casino was great. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Everyone we asked questions seemed bothered by it, or just simply rude. Probably wouldn’t return.”

“The place is under construction so there were piles of old matrasses and crates from incoming shipments. Looked unkempt No retrig or microwave..”

“I was really pleased with this stay! The room was small and perfect for a simple stay while visiting Albuquerque. The front desk people were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was simple and everything we wanted! A place to grab a quick bite before the days adventures. The roof top bar/restaurant was beautiful and even though we didn't get a chance to eat there, the food was beautifully prepared. We only went up to look around and took some wonderful pictures of the Sandia...

“Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...

“The breakfast menu was limited and there was no juice. The room was clean yet smaller than other Residence Inns that I stayed in. Lastly, the guest need more temperature control in the room. It was set at 68 degrees and could not be changed. It was a cold sleep. ”

“Dirtiest Moto I’ve been to Sheetz had holes burn marks. There was blood stains on the sheets glass broken outside in the parking lot dirty underwear on the floor wouldn’t recommend also they said there’s a $50 holding fee never got my $50 back.”

“Hotel and amenities were excellent. Only problem I had was with the parking. Parking was very limited and the spaces were compacted. Only downside about the hotel.”
