“L'Hotel è nello stesso edificio della stazione centrale che ne è la continuazione. Nonostante questo, è un ambiente molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Ricchissima colazione a buffet divisa fra dolce e salato in 2 sale distinte. Camere ampie, luminose e complete. ”

The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation,...

The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation, essentially calling us liars.
The final straw came on our last day: while we were packing to check out, we received a rude phone call bluntly reminding us to leave the room no later than noon, with a completely inappropriate tone.
Service like this is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to be five-star. A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. They should be ashamed.
