“Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français.”
“Check-in was smooth and the first impression of the hotel was very positive. When I entered the room, it was newly decorated, modern, and looked fantastic.
Unfortunately, that impression didn’t last long. As soon as I used the bathroom, I found toilet paper stuck to the walls, along with numerous hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. When I checked the bed, I also found two hairs in it. These certainly weren’t mine, as I’m bald.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auf den Gängen hat es - warum auch immer - nach Schwimmbad gerochen.
Wir haben sowohl abends als auch morgens lauwarm geduscht.
Die Klimaanlage mussten wir in der Nacht ausschalten da sie zu laut war.
Das Buffet war für den Preis sehr reichhaltig aber nicht mehr alles frisch. Stand wahrscheinlich schonmal am Tag vorher.
Allerdings ist das sicher auch schwierig bei drei Familien im Speiseraum nichts wieder rauszustellen.

La posizione della struttura é buona ma si capisce che é molto vecchia e che nessuno si preoccupa di riammodernarla,curando l’aspetto più importante del business, un servizio alberghiero degno di stelle.

“Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.”
