Séjour très nature

Points positifs: - très belle maison, propre, bien équipée et fonctionnelle - des propriétaires très accueillants et aux petits soins , leur restaurant isolé au milieu de la nature est une vraie merveille esthétique et gustative Points négatifs : - une route de montagne très très sinueuse , maison éloignée des commerces ( le 1er commerce étant à 30 minutes sportives en voiture) - aucune possibilité de garer la voiture à côté de la maison , prévoir des forces et des bras pour décharger le véhicule - le plus embêtant et pourtant nous aimons les animaux: des chiens qui hurlent jour et nuit dans le chenil des voisins à proximité de la maison rendant les nuits difficiles

Wunderbar !

Sehr sehr sympathische und hilfreiche Vermieter! Wunderbares Haus! Absolut perfekte Lage für Wanderfreunde! Direkt vom Haus gehen eine Menge toller Wanderwege los. Fantastisches Restaurant im Tal (von den beiden Besitzern geführt) mit tollem Essen in romantischer Lage. Wichtig zu wissen: Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 30 Minuten mit dem Auto durch das Tal mit schmalen Straßen.(Deswegen am besten auf der Hinfahrt den Wagen und damit den Kühlschrank vollmachen) ..und man sollte darauf vorbereitet sein, daß nachts in kleinen Bergdörfern auch Hunde öfter bellen und den Mond anheulen... Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte sich gestört fühlen. Der kleine Aufstellpool hat uns bei der Sommerhitze gute Dienste geleistet. Alles in allem ist das Haus eine klare Empfehlung ! Gruß an Samantha und Luca und die Mama!

Comfortable farmhouse with stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and Luca and Samantha (and all her family) made us very welcome. Don’t miss eating at their restaurant, Le Macine del Monte Croce, down the road. The house is very comfortable with everything you need and the views are stunning. Walk along the path that runs behind the house. Lots to explore in the Garfagnana region and we had a day in Florence too. An easy day trip if you use the Villa Constanza park and ride off the motorway - take the tram into the centre. So all in all a great week, only slight downside was the dogs barking at night - we shut the windows on that side of the house!

Traumhaft für Ruhesuchende

Der Kontakt mit Samantha und Luca war unkompliziert und effizient. Kleinere Anfragen wurden sofort behoben und beantwortet. Das Haus ist ein Traum für bis zu 6 Erwachsene und 3-4 Kinder die in einem Raum schlafen mögen. Alles nur erdenkliche ist vorhanden und zwar im Überfluss. Die Anfahrt ist etwas aufwändig und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist weit oben auf dem Monte Croce und liegt im Naturschutzgebiet. Für auch leicht gehbehinderte Personen gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit zum Spaziergang da alles sehr steil rauf oder runtergeht. Der nächste Laden ist ca. eine Autostunde entfernt. Wir waren nicht die richtigen Gäste für dieses Objekt. Passionierte Wanderer werden es lieben

A beautiful quiet place!

We had a fantastic few days in Palagnaga. Despite beeing very busy Samantha was always ready to assist us if we needed anything. The place is off the beaten track and a great location for accessing the fantastic walks in the Garfagnana area. If you like nature, peace and relax this is a fantastic choice.

Schitterende plek

Zeer comfortabele goed ingerichte woning, prachtig gelegen, ideaal voor wandelingen nabij het huis, zalig zwembad, zeer behulpzame eigenaar, zeker om terug te keren. Echter je moet minstens een half uur rijden om ergens te geraken en de buren hebben enkele honden die overdag en 's nachts van zich laten horen.

Samantha ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr abseits, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder zu Samantha fahren.

wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder) in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und haben die Zeit SEHR genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und die Küche ist vollständig bestückt von jemandem, der gerne kocht. Samantha ist sympathisch und herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man kann in der Umgebung wunderbar wandern oder einfach das Haus geniessen. Ausflüge kosten immer Fahrtzeit, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir uns erholen wollten. Die Kinder sind ungestört im Wald umhergestreift, genau wie unser Kater. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit einer fantastischen Gastgeberin

Zuerst das Haus: Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Von der Terasse und dem Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die atembraubende Kulisse der Landschaft. Die Gastgeberin: Samantha ist immer für eine positive Überraschung gut. Wir haben Sie richtiggehend lieben gelernt. Sie betreibt - gemeinsam mit anderen - an den Wochenenden an der nahegelegenen Kirche ein kleines Restaurant mit toskanischen Spezialtäten. Dieses Erlebnis war einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Gegend: Es gibt vieles zu entdecken - nicht nur die berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Leider waren unsere zwei Wochen viel zu kurz. Die Anreise: Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen und die Straßen dahin sind sehr schmal. Von der Hauptstrasse aus benötigt man etwa eine halbe Stunde bis zum Haus. Die Straße führt einen durch ein wild romatisches Tal. Teilweise - insbesondere wenn Gegenverkehr kommt - ist der Weg nichts für schwache Nerven. Die einheimischen Fahrer sind gegenüber Touristen äußerst rücksichtsvoll. Daher können auch die Fahrer die Strecke genießen. Übrigens - im nächsten Frühjahr soll im Tal ein Restaurant mit ganz besonderen Spezialitäten eröffnen. Also unbedingt vormerken. Samantha hat in jedem Fall ein ausgebuchtes Haus verdient!!!

Bewertung Aufenthalt Ferienhaus Toskana

Tolles, uriges Ferienhaus in den Bergen der apuanischen Alpen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, verfügt über alles, was eine Familie mit Kindern braucht (inkl. Internet-Anschluss :-)). Der Pool ist das Highlight, besonders für Kinder! Leider ist das Haus sehr abgelegen in den Bergen; die Fahrt ins Tal Richtung Lucca dauert 1h10min (eine Strecke) und führt über eine sehr kurvige Bergstrasse. Familien mit Kindern, die nicht nur Wanderurlaub machen wollen, sondern auch die Gegend erkunden möchten, müssen viel Fahrerei in Kauf nehmen, um z.B. Lucca oder Pisa zu besichtigen. Viele interessante Orte, die es lohnt mit Kindern zu besuchen, sind viel zu weit entfernt und von Stazzema aus nicht machbar. Die Toskana ist sicher immer eine Reise wert, landschaftlich traumhaft, die Menschen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, speziell hier die Vermieter des Ferienhauses. Die Pizza im Restaurant der Vermieter (nur SA und SO geöffnet) ist ein Traum! Unter freiem Himmel inmitten der Einheimischen zu essen; da konnte man das ursprüngliche Italien und die Lebensart der Italiener erleben und geniessen!

Amazing holiday property - best of all worlds location!!

We stayed here for a week at the end of May, two adults and four children (two older teenagers). The property is large with some nice touches and extras, in a very secluded and relaxed mountain village, where the locals are simply lovely and welcoming. Samantha, the owner, made us feel very welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The beaches at ViaReggio are only just over an hours drive away, with plenty of restaurants and private beaches (with bars, small pools etc), and the nearest town is the historical town of Lucca, less than 50 mins away from the property, offering a medieval walled city full of every kind of shop imaginable along with cafes, restaurants (but watch the restaurants, they werent great in Lucca and your better off eating at local more rustic locations, La Sosta in Pascoso is highly recommended, near the house itself). All in all, a great place to stay, we look forward to coming back soon and again next year!

Wonderful quiet getaway in the Tuscan alps in a cute brick cottage.

The hosts Samantha and Lucca were amazing. We enjoyed homemade Italian pizza, our girls enjoyed working on the farm with them, and they introduced us to a dairy farm where they make Parmagiano cheese. Their company was the best part of the trip. The house was a beautifully renovated brick cottage with a fireplace in the kitchen and four large bedrooms. No lounge room but it meant we tended to spend time in the kitchen around the fire taking and eating in true Italian fashion. Access to the house was interesting, a lot of the road was narrow road on the side of the mountain but it was worth it. I would love to return here again in the future.

Fantastic escape and a fantastic host

We stayed for 2 weeks at this property. We were a group of 9 - 7 adults and 2 children. The kids found endless amusement in the pool and with table tennis and ball games. We very much enjoyed the views and privacy, and as quite a noisy group, felt comfortable to enjoy ourselves without worrying about disturbing the neighbours. The BBQ was great, and of an evening it was lovely to sit around the fire sharing stories over a bottle of wine. The property is laid out well, and the photos really don't do justice to how lovely it is inside. Samantha was an extremely accommodating host, organising everything we asked for speedily and with a smile!! We took advantage of the pizza party at a local restaurant where we had a great evening, the trip to an outdoor adventure park which the catered for children and adults, and we took the kids to catch tadpoles in the local stream. Samantha also organised locally sourced food for us such as home made bread, eggs and wine which was all fab and a real treat. Within easy drives we visited Lucca, Barga, Devils bridge, the 'ghost' town, and Pietrasanta. A couple of days we had longer drives to Siena (on the day of Palio which was amazing), the Ferrari museum in Maranello, marble mountain, and Pisa to see the tower. We have just got home and couldn't be bluer to have left!! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found the farmhouse and host to be everything we could have asked for in a relaxed holiday that provided a great base for exploring. Thanks Samantha - we will be back!!
