The property had everything we needed and was very cute, cozy and modern. Very walkable to downtown Ste. Genevieve. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with wifi and resolved it immediately. I would not plan 2 adults to sleep on the foldout couch, but 1 adult or 2 kids would be OK.

Great location! We were able to walk to town and all of the little shops. The Winery Trolly can also can pick you up and drop off right at the house, which was a huge plus (do have to register at least the day before). The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. The only thing for us was the door to the bathroom didn’t allow for as much privacy. It’s the kind that slides on a hinge from the top of the door. It’s really cute, but just reduces the privacy part a bit. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we needed. Nice, cozy, and quiet!

Loved the location, just a very short walk to town! The horse itself was exactly as advertised, so cute and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard area was really cool - accent lights, an outside dining space and a fire put with wood. Really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back someday.

My friends and i have stayed here multiple times. We love the location and the quiet. The house is always comfortable and feels homey. The hosts respond quickly and are unfailingly kind. We will keep going back!

Everything was very clean. LIghts were on and water on our nightstands in each room. Very welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked. Stella's is a great restaurant and Amy was very friendly and helpful. Pileated woodpecker out our back door!

The house is so cute and comfortable, and it’s decorated beautifully! It’s in a quiet area that is very handy to all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

Property was extremely comfortable and inviting. The back yard is perfect for sitting and outdoor activities with a fire pit and surrounding area. Peaceful front porch with swing, relaxing place for morning coffee. Towering trees keep the property cool and shaded through the day. The property is accommodating and the attention to detail is notable, everything you need to make your stay perfectly enjoyable.

Absolutely perfect rental home and process. All amenities and AC worked flawlessly and communication was clear and accurate. We enjoyed the weekend with plenty to do in town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The outdoor fire and bbq area is well kept and has room to spread out. Would highly recommend and will return!

Sister weekend

We come down to Ste Genevieve for sister trip several times a year. Our parents live down there and we just make it a winery /sister weekend when we visit. This is the first time staying at this house though it has been in my radar for a while. Just adorable. The host thinks of every little detail. And it is decorated so cute. King size bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The bedroom and the other room was comfy as well, though I do think it to be a full and not a queen. Not a deal breaker. I love the open floor plan and it just seems like a roomy place for four adults for the weekend. A lot of little extras are thought of and the area is close to downtown, walkable for sure. Will be back! Thanks :)

Cousins weekend getaway

Our getaway was perfect with our stay at Doves Nest Guest House! The house was very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see and do. My cousin told her family there is no reason to ever stay in a hotel again!

Great little place in a quaint town!

We stayed here for a wedding and my groomsmen and I got ready here. Great location and cute little place. Owners communicated well and were easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!
