“Really nice stay! Modern and very clean. I love how close we were to everything. Walking distance to shops, the harbor and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and the communication was excellent! We will definitely go back.”

“The property and room were very clean and up-kept. The staff were so friendly when we had a mix up with our booking and had to change rooms. They gave us free water bottles and extra towels when we asked for it.”

“Room was smaller than anticipated. I thought we were going to get what was advertised, a room with French doors and a view. We unfortunately did not get that. The walls are very thin as well. We were woken up at 6AM by the garbage bins getting slammed around. The little street that leads to hotel parking at the back of the building is an extremely steep hill. We scrapped our car multiple time entering and exiting. Didn’t matter how slow we would approach the steep hill. Overall, okay...

“Struttura tipo motel , parcheggio comodo in struttura . Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate , infissi vecchi ma quella sera c’era abbastanza silenzio . Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . ”

“We loved staying in Santa Barbara at the Harbor View Inn. The bathroom was by far the best hotel bathroom we have ever used. The patio was lovely with a beautiful wisteria tree, the passing train (not loud) and the wonderful Mountain View. We love our visits to Santa Barbara and will stay at the Harbor View Inn again, for sure.”

“What an amazing, peaceful stay at Simpson House! The staff was wonderful, making us feel extra special for our anniversary. They gave us helpful recommendations and were just so nice and wonderful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. It’s like your staying in the middle of magical garden. It’s also walking distance to State St shops and restaurants. 5 stars all the way!”
