Vacanze a Steenrijk

I travel almost every 3 weeks and I can hands down say that this was one of my best experiences to date at a boutique hotel. From arriving till leaving I felt at home and the staff took care of anything and everything. When I say that, I mean it. This morning (I've just left) the hotel manager, Miguel, heard I couldn't make it to breakfast due to meetings before checking out, so he made me a to go breakfast, based on what I had for the last 3 days, and had it delivered to my room so I wouldn't go hungry. From sitting by the pool talking to other guest and laughing with staff through the all the little annoyances, the team was on top of it regardless of the hour or the issue. Genuinely very impressed and if we come back to Curacao we know where we will be staying, that's for certain. Thanks Darrel, Tiji, Miguel and everyone else who made this a fantastic experience for us both.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane presso questa struttura nel mese di settembre 2025. La posizione e' ottima per organizzare tour in auto per tutta l'isola, parcheggio vicinissimo e struttura situata di fronte a Mambo beach ma, per chi non fosse interessato al caos, conta su una spiaggia privata bella e confortevole. La cucina del ristorante Olas y Tapas e' davvero ottima, il personale -Blanca, Paula, lo chef Diego,e il resto dello staff - sono gentili, disponibili e preparano ottimi pasti. cibo davvero top! Il personale del front desk dell'albergo vi soddisfera' in ogni richiesta, tantissima disponibilita' e cortesia. Resort super consigliato!

Gran lugar para hospedarse en Curazao por su ubicación, el único defecto que le encuentro es que la playa está en su hotel hermano y hay que tomar un carrito de golf para ir. Por lo demás excelente lugar, lo recomiendo si vas a visitar las playas porque está en muy buena ubicación dentro de la isla.

This was my second stay at Dreams and I brought my family, but this visit was disappointing. Check-in staff seemed unhappy and disengaged; overall service felt non‑proactive and lacking hospitality. Our “upgraded” room had maintenance and cleanliness issues (cobwebs, tape on walls, a tub handle that fell off daily, a dirty bathroom door) and housekeeping was inconsistent—knocking early despite requests to return, failing to service the room until late afternoon, and requiring multiple calls for towels, toilet paper, body wash and a basic sweep. Vegetarian options were minimal (mostly fries and potatoes), though food at Oceana and the fire‑show event was good. I also observed uneven cleaning priorities (a visible soda spill left for about an hour). Staff retraining in hospitality is needed. Commendations: Elaine (front desk), Gisel (breakfast), Ray, Anisha, Benjamin (bar), and Thalia (dinner) provided consistently good service. Book suggestion Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara

Condition are really poor. Don’t look at the photos you are going to find yourself in a seventies concrete building. The room identified as garden view actually face the parking of the nearby resort which has a disco that do not let you sleep up to 1 o’clock in the morning.
