“Breakfast was excellent”

“Very nice property, but checking in requires you walk down from parking lot level with luggage down rickety rocky steps. Then you find out your room is on the other side of the alley so you walk with these up. If I had a stroller, or kids, or elderly people in my group I would be upset. Please add singage so people know not to unpack before they register. Breakfast very nice, but staff could smile more, also at registration. “The hotel is very well located because in a few tram stops you are in the main city. The tram is very efficient and the ticket machine is located in front of the faculty of medicine. Very quite and nice area. Bed and room confortable.”

“Brand new hotel / apartments in a renovated old building with lots of great shared amenities like gym, sauna, games, kitchen, offices etc. Very good and young vibes. Only minus the breakfast that gets delivered to the door without being able to choose what you get and with a lot of packaging, instead of the classic buffet with multiple options.”
