“Es war hier sehr schön.”

“Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”

“Zu wenig Hoteleigene Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet war gut, allerdings lief die Abräumung von benutztem Geschirr sehr schleppend. Auch an der Bar Abends war der Service mittelmäßig.”

“Leider lief wohl bei der Buchung etwas schief, auf meinen Schlüssel konnte ich nachdem die Rezeption geschlossen war nicht zugreifen. Telefonisch konnte ich jemanden erreichen, er musste extra vorbeikommen. War sehr bemüht, leider konnte ich den Saunabereich dadurch nicht mehr nutzen...”

“Albergo immerso nel verde. Parcheggio comodo. I materassi non sono comodi e le lenzuola non sembrano pulitissime. Il buffet a colazione è un po' scarso. Le uova sono molto poche. Un giorno c'erano le formiche sul buffet.. ”

“Leider ist das Hotel momentan eine einzige Baustelle.”

“Utilizzato per una fiera a Colonia.Nessun mezzo pubblico ma zona molto tranquilla.Buono anche il ristorante.Personale disponibile e cortese.”

“Nice quiet location. There is a pub attached with food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was surprised some of the lighting was still using fluorescent tubes in the rooms. The food was on offer for breakfast was varied and something for all tastes. I would stay again”
