We planned this stay for New Year’s Eve with our 2 kids so we could play in the pool and do the waterslide with them. Well the pool area was so freezing cold barely anyone wanted to get in. Multiple people complained and if you read other reviews on Google this has been an issue for quite a while that the hotel doesn’t seem to care about. The hot tub inside was so hot you would boil sitting in it. There’s an outdoor hottub area which was the nicest part because the temp was good but it was so icy out there I watched a young boy fall and skin his back and end up crying. They weren’t keeping up with towels in the pool area. My sons were bored because we couldn’t use the pool due to the freezing temp so they wanted to play mini sticks in the hall and within 30 seconds were told no playing in the hall. We had a pullout bed and no blankets were provided and only 1 pillow so went to ask for a blankets which was just an extremely thin fleece blanket so asked for another since we had 2 boys sharing that bed and they said sorry no we can only give you one so we ripped the top comforter thing off the main bed for our son to use. Will definitely not return and would not recommend.
