Bellissimo cottage in stile Key West sul tranquillo canale di Steinhatchee, Florida. Cottage è su un canale di marea (adatto per fino a 20 piedi appartamenti barca senza top o mezzo parabrezza o Jon Boat, bacino galleggiante con accesso al Golfo in 10 minuti (nessuna zona di scia). Ho un accordo con il vicino che si trova direttamente sul fiume e ha scivoli bagnati per barche di qualsiasi dimensione. I miei affittuari si occuperebbero direttamente con il vicino per la prenotazione e le tariffe una volta che le prenotazioni sono state prenotate. INOLTRE I MIEI OSPITI POSSONO GUIDARE IL LORO VEICOLO IN CASA E LASCIARLO PARCHEGGIATO SULLA PROPRIETÀ DURANTE L'ACQUA. I MIEI OSPITI HANNO PASSATO A QUESTA QUOTA.
Dopo una giornata in acqua, salti semplicemente dalla barca al veicolo e torni a casa in un minuto. Nella mia proprietà c'è spazio per parcheggiare il rimorchio della barca e un paio di veicoli all'interno della proprietà. HO UNA STAZIONE PER LA PULIZIA DEI PESCI NELLA MIA CASA SITUATA SUL CANALE DIETRO LA MIA CASA CON TANTA CAMERA PER RILASSARSI SUL BACINO. SWING. HAMMOCK O HAMMOCK SWING. GRIGLIA A CARBONE SND DA TAVOLO DA PRANZO ALL'APERTO E DA NUOVA COSTRUZIONE.
Paradiso naturale per alcuni dei migliori pescatori di acqua dolce e salata, canoa e capesante in Florida. Splendidamente decorato con un portico schermato, balcone, TV in tutte le camere, cucina completamente attrezzata. 6 posti letto in letti. Solo un giro in barca di 10 minuti (senza scia) per il Golfo. .5 miglia E MENO da ristoranti, negozio di alimentari, Dollar General e rampa della barca. circa 1 miglio da tutto ciò che Steinhatchee ha da offrire. Situato in una zona molto privata di Steinhatchee.

What a lovely home!

Good Weekend

Quick weekend trip to Steinhatchee. The house was perfect. Nice, clean, and quiet. Everything needed was onsite. The location is great. Walking distance to Kathi's restaurant and 5 minute drive to the marinas. I hope to spend more time there in the future.

Love Steinhatchee

We had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of being on a canal with access to the Gulf. Scalloping was awesome as usual. This was a very comfy place to stay, had all the necessities, and the owner was very attentive during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Fun times in Stienhatchee

Dropped by property early and met Michael. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave advice on how to improve our stay. The house had every thing we need to enjoy our stay. We will trurn the next time we head to Stienhatchee.

As Advertised

A group of 5 of us stayed here the weekend and it was perfect. The AC got cold and water pressure was great after a day on the water. The ride through the canal is about 5 minutes but note that we were topped out with a 21 foot boat. Be cautious of the tides. The property was located behind Kathy’s and was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was just as described and more. The view off the back deck in the morning while drinking coffee….Awsome!! Swinging on the front porch in the afternoon breeze.The kitchen was not lacking anything, no ice maker was the only downfall. But you are literally minutes from the store. My only complaint (and I really shouldn’t because I forgot to turn on the dishwasher before we left😬) apparently some animals had gotten into the trash and made a mess. I would definitely recommend his home if you want a place to just relax in peace and quiet 😊

Relaxing fun vacation

Relaxing fun vacation. Great, fast, communication with Michael, the owner of the property. He was very helpful. The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We look forward to our next visit and stay there.

Opening Weekend 2021 Scalloping Season

Terrific rustic place to stay. A bit dated, but really clean and comfortable. The WIFI was missing, and cell service wasn’t great. So come ready to unplug. Great selection of movies .. basically every blockbuster since the 80’s. AC was great, water was hot, beds were comfortable. This is a great place for two couples.

Bungalow Life

The bungalow was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking. We also enjoyed local seafood at Kathi's Krab Shack located nearby. The screened porch was a great place to hang out after a day of fishing! We would love to return.

Nice family trip, just a few suggestions for the owner

Great location for the little town. The community of people of wonderful and such a peaceful place to visit. Home was nice. They did not have accurate information listed and was a bit diappointed to find that out. Also, we had a total of 4 in our family they literally only left 4 towels available, no cleaning supplies or garbage bags available for use in the house. I have never been to a vacation home where this supplies was not available. I like to make sure I leave the place how I found it to be respectful to their property. The owner did respond by message, but nothing was done as far as the inaccurate details of the rental. Again though, a beautiful and peaceful property and little town to visit.
