Questa casa recentemente rinnovata, si trova proprio sul fiume. È un'ottima posizione centrale, a pochi minuti da porti turistici, varchi di barche e ristoranti. Ti innamorerai della vista dalla veranda protetta. La breve corsa verso il golfo rende questa proprietà altamente desiderabile per la pesca e le capesante, il molo ti dà molto spazio per avere la tua barca fuori dalla porta e pronta per partire. La casa dispone anche di una zona per la pulizia del pesce, una lavatrice e asciugatrice, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, materassi nuovi, asciugamani nuovi, nuova unità AC, grill a gas, cucina completamente attrezzata, TV satellitare, WiFi e un materasso extra gonfiabile. Facciamo del nostro meglio per mantenere questa casa all'altezza degli standard che ci aspetteremmo a casa nostra. * Puoi tenere la tua barca legata a casa. *

Great house on the river where you can sit back in a lawn chair and watch the boats/works go by. Owners were very easy to work with and the overall experience was superb.

We brought our boat for our first every scalloping trip, and it ended up being the best vacation we’ve ever taken the kids on. The house is right on the river and we were on scallops within about 20ish minutes of leaving the dock. Perfect little cleaning station at the house. The dock itself wasn’t ideal for our toddler but the screened lanai over looking had a locking door so we hung out there and watched the guys clean the scallops. It was perfect. The house itself was perfect and fully equipped. The only tiny complaint we had was with Steinhatchee itself which is a SMALL town. No groceries closer than a 20min drive. So plan ahead for that 😂 There is a PHENOMONAL taco truck within a block, as well as pizza delivery and multiple restaurants so shopping and cooking is not necessary. Can also take your scallops to be prepared for you at some of the local spots

We loved staying at this property. I had everything my family needed to stay entertained. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat ad scalloping. Love having the washer/ dryer to keep up with the laundry. Such a great experience again. Can’t wait to come back next year.

When we pulled in, we knew it was exactly what we needed. Huge dock, very spacious home for our family of 4 and came with many additional items we were able to utilize instead of purchase, if needed. Short boat ride to where we went scalloping. Communication was great. Would definitely rent again

I surprised my husband with this Trip for his 50th Birthday. They had a great time! Loved the location and had a blast fishing.. only negative was the water spicket at the fish cleaning station outside was broken but they reached out to the property manager and said they would send someone to look at it and fix it but it still wasn't fixed by the time they left. Other than that they loved it and cannot wait for their next trip! Thank you

Great river house right over the top of the water. House looks recently renovated, clean and spacious inside. Nice screened porch over looking the river. Large deck and a large flooting dock with tie-downs. Bring your boat or fish from the dock!
