Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
The house was nice with good amenities. Nice first floor with pool table was fun for the family. Bedrooms were good. There were some stuff that needed to be touched up and fixed. Don't be surprised with the rural setting. It was a huge upgrade from Sea Hag cottages.

House served the purpose but had issues. AC was terrible upstairs and never got below 75 degrees. Host messaged and said the AC guy would be out but we never saw him or any change to the temperature. Also had run-ins with spiders, scorpions, and roaches in the house. Cracked toilet seats that would pinch you were not fun either. Host communicated very well and with a few changes this place could be a lot better.

Candise was exceptional as a host. She was very quick to respond to questions prior to arrival and very helpful once we arrived. I had specifically asked about the queen blow up mattress as we had a large group and we needed the extra mattress. However, once we arrived, we realized there was not a blow up mattress there. She went to the trouble to bring us one herself within a short amount of time. I would like to say that there was no extra pillows, blankets, or sheets for the blow up mattress through but we made do. Thankfully those using the blow up were teenagers. The place was relatively clean but we did have some issues with roaches. There were some holes in the doors and soft spots in the floors. The laundry room was actually in a rickety shed on the side of the house. The dryer did NOT dry even our light weight bathing suites and the washer had trouble draining water. The spiral stair case was very narrow and dark and I would not recommend for very small children or older people. The back porch was really nice and shady, the griddle was great and we cooked all our meals on that, and the refrigerator on the porch as fantastic. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool table - that was a game changer for the rental for our group. Thank you to Candis again for all her work and communication.
