“L’alloggio è confortevole e pulito, si trova vicino alla metro (circa cinque minuti a piedi fermata woodside park in zona 4) in un quartiere molto tranquillo. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da raccomandare per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“Camera doppia un po' piccolina, ma in fondo d'inverno è meglio così per permettere un riscaldamento rapido dell'ambiente e inoltre l'acqua della doccia era sempre calda (cosa rara negli hotel a 2 stelle italiani). Servizio ottimo e personale disponibilissimo. L'hotel dista 25 minuti di metro dal centrot e la fermata è vicina all'hotel, 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima pulizia e serviIzio in camera. La colazione prevede toast con marmellata e burro, cereali, the, latte, caffè e su richiesta uova...

Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile,hotel situato in una posizione comoda per la metro e co pub e ristoranti nelle vicinanze! Davvero molto consigliato ”

“Martel Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and communication was easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a great location and only a short walk to the Underground station making it very easy to get around. “The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station.”

“Awful stay - felt like something halfway between a frat house & student dorm - noisy roudy people coming and going at all hours running through corridors shouting and screaming, banging doors, loud music being played late at night - almost no soundproofing and hard to get a decent uninterrupted sleep. To couple it off one of the staff members extremely rude objectionable and argumentative - when I asked if it was possible, after 5 days, to have a fresh towels told me that I should go wash them...
