“Nice simple useful accommodation. Had all the basics of what we needed given we spent limited amount of time. When we did everything worked as advertised. Fantastic spot to be at on Davis Bay beach.”

“Beautiful oceanfront property with lots of dining options in the surrounding area. The suites were very clean and the staff were all amazing. Huge shout out to Sam at reception for going out of her way to assist us. We had booked an extra room by mistake and cancellation on the day of was not possible. But Sam did everything she could to assist us so that we could enjoy our stay without stress. Thank you, Sam! We will definitely be booking again!”

“Window has no screen and dirty. Air conditioning is making loud noise with fan running but does not cool the space. Bathroom sink does not drain well. Check-in took ~30 min. There is no common space or breakfast room. No one helped to check out. The laundry room which services the entire hotel is dirty. Noted homeless people staying under the exterior stair. Booked with Expedia which rates 8.2. Honestly don’t know how it gets rated with this high rating. Very disappointed and Certainly not...

“Nothing fancy but it's all you need for a short stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff were very friendly. We appreciated our individual seating area outside our room and the complimentary mini golf was a great perk! Convenient and walkable location, just up from the beach. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Parksville!”

“The room and hotel itself was good. My room was clean. The beds were comfy. My only concern was there was a very loud intoxicated guest a few doors down(cops involved) and I probably only slept about an hour and left at 3:30 AM as there’s no way I could sleep. The staff was there by himself and did a great job trying to control the situation, but it still was very loud and disturbed a lot of guests.”
