“Breakfast was disgusting, had to buy from outside and spend extra money. Shower soap was not even provided, had to buy my own. Rooms were pretty clean though.”

“Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning.
