“The room was very clean, as was the pool and hot tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay!”

“Was not aware facility was having parking lot repaved until arrival, making parking a bit of a challenge. Illumination in the room could have been better designed. No night light in toilet tub area, forcing one to turn on an extremely bright ceiling light when using the facility during the night. In addition, the placement of the coffeemaker was in a spot where virtually no light fell, making it harder to operate. There appeared to be no temperature control on the mini refrigerator.”

“Room Number Eleven: The photo of the room did NOT match reality. The ancient berber carpet smelled like an ashtray and was full of runs and holes. It looked as if someone had punched a hole through the bathroom door with their fist, which did not make us feel safe. One of the shower walls was actually linoleum flooring that had buckled with use and the base of the shower had two thick mats that we refused to step on.
