Quiet Hours: We greatly value our quiet neighborhood and ask that you avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified at the time of booking. If you have additional visitors, please let us know in advance.

Environmentally Friendly: Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you anticipate any delays.

Tidy Departure: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open communication:, If something is not right during your stay or if something is accidentally broken, please let us know—we understand that minor mishaps can happen.

Safety First: Please make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment to protect your personal belongings.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of 99 € is required (pre-authorization on your card only; no charge will be made). It will be released after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
