“They cut off the water completely in the morning, i had an important meeting and wasn't able to take a shower in the morning and needed to brush my teeth in the lobby of the offices where i had the meeting, not a single cent was reimbursed in exchange of this wonderful experience, could keep going but i think you get the point.... oh and i got the insurance money back option when booked thru Expedia but at this point im not sure what thats for if it won't apply for these cases...”
