“We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

“Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.”

“We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described in the listing. The patio was a peaceful oasis-perfect for grilling & chilling. The beds were comfortable. Sarah was very kind by accommodating an early check-in at the last minute. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again!”
