The ground floor centres around a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, finished with herringbone flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features a traditional Belfast sink, integrated oven, microwave, venting hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, making it ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. A large dining table comfortably seats six guests, perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Flowing from the kitchen is a generous living space with ample seating for six guests, centred around a bespoke fireplace and 55-inch Smart TV. At one end, the room opens into a spectacular panoramic viewing area, where floor-to-ceiling glazing frames sweeping views across the Wallace Monument, the Ochil Hills and Stirling’s historic skyline.
