“Very cosy comfortable charming cottage close to Brockenhurst. Perfect for a group of friends. We were met by the host when we arrived who explained how everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, the sitting room has a woodburner with plenty of logs supplied. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of public footpaths in the area - it is really better suited to cycling than walking. However the cottage was really lovely.”

“This property is not 'posh' but it is absolutely perfect for a large family or group gathering. There is masses of space for cooking, eating and socialising and sitting outdoors. The setting of the cottage is second to none - surrounded by the fabulous New Forest and the giant redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive. There are lots of walking and cycling trails immediately accessible from the property. We took our youngsters out on a dusk walk on the first night we arrived and they saw deer,...

“We had a super time at this lovely house, we were a family of 15 - 9 adults and 6 children and 2 dogs. There was enough space for everyone, it was great all being able to sit at the table together. The house was clean and worked well with everything you needed. The location is excellent, a half hour to the beach which we did both days we were there, you are in the forest although we did not have time for forest walks. Lots of pubs around for food, ”
