“While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain.”

When we arrived for check-in, Sidney barely greeted us, she immediately informed us that we needed to pat a $100 cash deposit and was not very pleasant in doing so. We asked if there was an ATM since we did not have any cash. She said ATM was "broken". She then very quickly dismissed us and told us that she cannot check us in without cash deposit. “It was good people was nice and helpful room was clean”

“The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. It smelled like pot smoke but the staff insisted it was not. Depending upon who you got, the staff could be either helpful or not. The older man was not friendly or helpful at all.
