Living Area: Relax and unwind in the sunlit living space. The large, plush sofa bed offers extra sleeping arrangements without compromising comfort. Gather around the dining area for heartwarming meals or morning coffee as snow gently falls outside.

Kitchen: Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a microwave maestro, our fully equipped kitchen caters to all. Modern appliances - including a dishwasher, microwave, and full cookware set, make it easy to prepare festive dinners or bake cozy winter treats.

Bathroom: Pamper yourself in the pristine bathroom with soft towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided for your comfort. The in-unit washer and dryer ensure you’re always ready for another day of city lights and chilly-weather adventures.

Check-In: Please note that check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00. The front door locks at 22:00, so arrival before then is required.

The apartment is brand new and people are still moving in. There is some construction in the neighbouhood and other buildings are nearing completion.

Late Check in - Emergency Lockbox

1. All check-ins must be completed before 22:00 hours as the entry code will no longer work after this time.
2. If a guest requires a later check-in, we can place the key in a key lock box outside the property.
3. To arrange for a late check-in, we require at least one week`s notice. A 200 SEK fee will apply.
4. For last-minute requests (received closer to the check-in date), the fee will increase to 500 SEK and the late check-in may not be guaranteed.
