“This is a lovely old house with personality. It was easy walking distance to the great shops and restaurants in downtown Lodi. The room was charming, clean, and cozy. It is self check-in -- they send you door codes for the inn and for your room. The staff were very communicative and everything was easy. I would have liked to spend more time there and will definitely be back! ”

“I haven't stopped talking about this place and Bill and Karen, the most amazing hosts and people I've met, since we left. Every part of the Robin's Nest, inside and out, was so beautifully detailed and so well taken care of. I absolutely LOVE the room we chose (the carousel), with the sunroof that opens and let my husband and I listen to the rain all night 🥰, SO romantic and just what we needed. The oversized bathtub was an amazing! Giving their breakfast and kindness 5 stars isn't enough...

“Hanford House is an inn located on Main Street (Old Highway 49) in Sutter Creek. There are a limited number of rooms on the First and Second floors (maybe six?). Not a bed-and-breakfast inn, but the Element restaurant is at the front of the structure. Breakfasts are not included in the lodging rate. We were given a $35 voucher to another cafe for the morning that the Element was closed. We stayed three nights. Our room was very quiet and we enjoyed our King bed. Shower and bath. There is no...
