Our mattresses are fairly new and our maintenance staff every quarter make the necessary rotations on the mattresses. Our pillows are branded and exclusively used only at Best Western Hotels. We have a variety of pillows from firm to soft. We would have definitely moved you to a fresh room if we would have known. Dear Guest, Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. I apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Our maintenance department shampoo guestroom carpets every other week and maintain the air conditioning units by taking out and washing the units yearly. We had an entire renovation two years ago and installed new 51-inch televisions in all guestrooms 3 months. I checked with my front desk staff, and nothing was reported from your room, I would have been happy to move you to a guestroom to your satisfaction. Your business is very important to us and we value your feedback.
