“Property outside could be cleaner”

“I paid for the room in advance then, in the morning of checkout, I noticed they had charged me not only the deposit but recharged me for the room. I let them know I had paid in advance, and once they check their computer, they told me they would refund me my money, but they never did.”

I reported it, saying that I had to look up the hotel # on my cell phone, call it, and wait through the auto menu to get the front...
