“Checked in late Friday night towels where dirty sheet was dirty. Called front desk all they said we would need to wait for the morning. Next day nothing not even housekeeping came to clean or replace towels . Went to the front desk and complained they said they would come the next day to clean and change towels the whole time nothing was done. Luckily I had a towel in my car. Staff just kept blaming each other”

“Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed.”

“This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. “Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....
