“This was by far and away the Best Hotel that I and my brother in law plus wives have ever stayed in for a short break. The food including evening meals were of a quality seen on Masterchef. The staff were so professional and made every effort to make our stay memorable, nothing was too much trouble. No I am not related to the owners but Fantastic is how I would explain this experience. WE WILL BE BACK.!!!

“The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.
The full english breakfast was perfect too.”

“Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

“When i checked in the people were so welcoming and friendly, close to the city centre of so easy walkable to the pubs and shops. My room was a decent size for 1 person, nice and comfortable, the only issue i can think of is the bathroom was a little small and hot water took quite a while to come through, Breakfast in the morning was also very nice, i will definitely stay again if I come back to Torquay.”
