“Lovely welcome at reception. Room much larger than anticipated. Bathroom ok but could do with an update or a very good clean. Shower was excellent and towels soft and large! We didnt have breakfast as was visiting family so had breakfast at theirs. Beds clean and comfortable. Maybe the mattress was a little on the soft side for me but then i do prefer a firm mattress. "We had a problem with the room which the reception staff very kindly said they would deal with. Upon our return from a long day nothing of what they said they would do had been done. The staff on post in the evening then sorted it for us, however, our room had not been cleaned. It was not very professional "
