“Clean room, Well maintained property”

“Not to be dramatic but this might be the best hotel I’ve been to. Super reasonable, cute area, walking distance to shops and restaurants, really cute outside spots. Great for kids with the pool and they have books, games, and coloring pages in the lobby. Joseph at the desk was an absolute sweetheart. My only complaint was the bathroom wasn’t that clean it had a lot of hairs and such around- but I’m sure if I called to complain someone would’ve taken care of it. Probably a fluke. “Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents”

“We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area.”

“want to take a shower around 6:30 and the water was cold. I let it run and it remained cold the next morning I got up took a shower. It was nice and hot so I don’t know what’s going on with your water system.?”

“Staff were polite and always helpful. Our pet was welcomed by all staff which was our initial reason for choosing the Hilton. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Wonderful safe, stay!”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

“Tappa rilassante nel Vermont che ci ha permesso di riposare lungo il nostro tour. Bella struttura, un po' affollata da un andirivieni di gente. La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

“The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades.”
