“The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.”

“We have stayed here a few times when we visit my daughter who lives nearby. We usually have an amazing visit but this time we were disappointed that the hot tub was under construction and our room was on the other side of the electrical room so we did not sleep well due to the loud noises throughout the night. The upside is that we LOVE the ladies at the Bistro and they made our stay fabulous despite the hot tub issue. Most likely we will be staying elsewhere next time.”

“On first glance the room looks wonderful, however, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress sunk in the middle and the bed squeaked. The bathtub would not drain and the body wash was empty; we asked for more but the front desk person could locate any. In addition, the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway, and next door. I didn’t get a good night sleep. One positive was the breakfast… it was put out at 5am and it was a good variety of options. ”

“Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles...

“I highly recommend spending a little more money to stay anywhere else!!
Upon arrival, the hallways were full of garbage and bedding tossed all over. There was a foul smell and to top it off, we found cockroaches in the 'clean' towels in the bathroom.
We went to address this with the person at the front desk. While I packed our stuff, my husband went to smoke while the girl called her manager.
