“Personale carinissimo. Camera strana, era in discesa e disposta in modo molto strano, abbiamo dormito con la testa in discesa e i piedi in salita. Altra cosa da rivedere è il lavandino, troppo troppo piccolo e con la mensola proprio sopra, se ti vuoi avvicinare per lavarti la faccia devi appoggiare la fronte sulla mensola. Comunque la pulizia era buona, personalmente e servizio molto disponibili e cordiali. Ci ritornerei, magari in una stanza diversa. ”

“The room was very neglected and obviously hadn't been properly cleaned ie dirty window ledges, dust everywhere, bare repairs in the bathroom, remote control needed new batteries, frayed carpet into bathroom - the rooms were nothing like advertised on website and are certainly not worth the £492 we paid for the five nights we were there - only worth at least half of that. “Great location in an historical building (the most charming structure I've been 15 days tour of UK). Unfortunately room condition was disappointing: one of the two matresses and the bath were broken, decoration dated and level of cleaning below average. It is a pity such a great place is not delivering in the rooms the potential that is there”
