“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“My issue is I was charged 3x with a hold on my card of close to 3,800 and nobody could fix it. My bank saw as a pending item and could not dispute until it was actually completed. The hotel and staff said it was NOTHING they could do. It was their error. They only gave us 1 free breakfast and 1 free dinner. They really should have compensated us being that the pending hold prevented us from doing some planned things during our 5 day stay. Smh. The pending charge did not lift off the card until 7...

“The in-room AC units are extremely loud when they kick on and while they're running. In fact they are so loud that you literally awake every time. The staff graciously provided two bottles of water for each person checking in which was a nice amenity. Parking was ample and the facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly.”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay. I was unable to connect to wifi although the receptionist tried to help. Breakfast presentation was not the best. Dietary helper was not very helpful. She spoke spanish to me and was very abrupt. Won't be going back.”

“Room was clean, great staff they were very accommodating and all the amenities was a plus for us the only thing I would say is don’t get a room near housekeeping which we did and they start washing and cleaning early and our room was right across and was up early because we heard the slamming of the washer and dryer, not a negative of this place please don’t take that wrong but just a little side note.l make sure your room is mot a food lol . Definitely will stay here again .”

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”
