The neighborhood features a network of local wooded paths and backyard-style trails commonly used for ATV riding, hiking, and exploring. Unlike crowded public hiking areas, these trails are more secluded and quiet, making the property feel especially private and relaxing. You’ll also be close to lakes, marinas, golf courses, and just about 45 minutes from NYC.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $300 pet fee.

The pool is open seasonally, generally from mid-May through early September depending on weather conditions.

A security deposit is required, with details shared after booking.

To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours run from 8 PM to 8 AM.

If you'd like to use the fire pits, please bring your own firewood, as it is not provided. Similarly, propane for the grill is not supplied.

The garage is not accessible to guests.
