“Was not able to stay there due to accommodations. It’s a good thing though. The place smelt like dog urine and looked run down. Still waiting on my refund and it’s been 5 days. ”

“Problems began at checkin: I was given keys and went to the room number on my folio card, only to find out there were already guests in that room. My friends had to wait while someone went to see if their assigned room had in fact been cleaned. Mind you, this is after 5pm. “The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached.”

“The elevator wasn’t working and the tv was broken in the first room I had. However, the young woman on duty at the desk did an outstanding job by carrying people’s luggage up to the 3rd and 4th floors and finding me a room with a working tv. As hard as she was working, she remained very friendly and was always smiling.”
