"The hotel is clean and the staff so attentive however a little disappointed on arrival we couldn’t make use of the roof top bar due to a private function which would have been useful to learn prior. The hotel is superb and in a unique position for the centre albeit breakfast was a little chaotic"

Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton
"Had an overnight stay on a short visit to Buxton. The hotel is ideally located and had parking at a reasonable cost. Close to town centre etc. As it was only a quick stop we went for one of the cheaper rooms. It was a good sized double with large bathroom and tea/ facilities and biscuits, obviously ..."

"We booked 5 apartments for 5 couples and no one found a fault. Yes, the rooms at the front were a little noisy but overall we had a great time and were thrilled with value for money. The apartments have all you need - including a little tea, coffee and milk (we brought our own but needn't have bothered). ..."

"Room was very clean and easy self check-in. The views from the room are great. The kitchen had all I needed to cook my dinners and well stocked! The property is very welcoming, lots of parking too."
