“The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the individualized touches were amazing. Everything fit the theme. The hosts have everything set up nicely and have things as a "just in case" you forgot something critical. They also thought ahead and have dark towels for those of us with dyed hair! “No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.”

“It's a spacious two-bedroom unit in an old wooden house without adequate reinforcement of its structures. Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. "Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio a Boston e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è perfetta, proprio su Newbury Street, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e molto moderna: ho apprezzato tantissimo la domotica, che permette di controllare tutta la camera tramite un iPad mini fornito dall’hotel – un tocco tecnologico davvero comodo! L’atmosfera dell’hotel è piacevole e rilassante, ci si sente davvero a proprio agio. Inoltre, sono rimasto positivamente sorpreso dalla disponibilità dello staff: mi hanno permesso di fare il check-in anticipato alle 8 del mattino, un gesto che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Se dovessi tornare a Boston, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!"
